Inner Child Healing with Breezy

Join me as I guide you through a day of inner child healing, guided mediation and painting. This class is for those who are ready to heal their inner child wounds.

We will start the class with sage and high vibes. Then we will follow up with a guided mediation that takes you to a time you needed healing. To end off the class we will have discussion and flow into intuitive finger painting. Really allowing ourselves to connect with our inner child.

Please bring anything that helps you connect to your inner child (blankets, teddy bears, certain smells, etc.) as well as a yoga mate or blanket for mediation. This is a safe space for you and the others joining.
