Cancellation Policy

AZURA STUDIOS BOOKING POLICIES Thank you for choosing Azura Studios. Please review the following policies before submitting your booking request. By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. 01 — INQUIRY & BOOKING A tattoo inquiry form must be completed before an appointment can be considered. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your desired tattoo, size, placement, reference images, and any important details about your vision. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an appointment. 02 — DEPOSIT A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 03 — RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice while keeping your deposit. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit and require a new deposit to book. 04 — CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will forfeit the deposit. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full payment upfront for future appointments. 05 — PRICING Your inquiry form is used to determine an estimated quote based on the information you provide, including size, placement, style, detail, and reference images. An estimated quote will be provided before your tattoo session begins. If the scope, size, placement, or details of the tattoo change, the final price may change accordingly. Any significant price changes will be discussed before proceeding. 06 — DESIGN CHANGES Up to 2 design changes are included at the time of your appointment. Additional changes beyond the included two may result in an additional design fee and/or require your appointment to be rescheduled. Please communicate any major concerns or changes as early as possible. 07 — ARRIVAL Please arrive on time, clean, hydrated, and having eaten before your appointment. Significant lateness may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, or cancellation. Your deposit may be forfeited. 08 — GUESTS You may bring one guest to your appointment. Additional guests require prior approval from Azura Studios. 09 — HEALTH & SAFETY Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick, contagious, or have
