Join me for Open Heart in the Park, a gathering born from my deep love for henna and the desire to create a space for healing, creativity, and connection. This event is an invitation to nourish both the soul and the body through the powerful combination of love, poetry, sound, and adornment.
Together, we’ll ground ourselves in a soothing sound bath, immerse in the beauty of heartfelt poetry, and experience the sacred art of henna. We have a divine patnership with a community healer that will be leading a cacoa cermony. I'll be sharing the history of henna and how it has played a role in my own self-love journey. Each guest will leave with a unique adornment—a reminder of this moment of care and reflection.
